Returns & Refunds
We strive for complete client satisfaction. This policy outlines the conditions under which refunds or revisions may be requested for our services.
Because our services are custom and digital in nature, refund eligibility depends on the project stage and the nature of the request. Please read this policy carefully.
1. General Policy
RNG Globe offers custom digital services including web development, mobile app development, graphic design, photography, and ID card printing. Since deliverables are custom-created for each client, refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis based on the stage of work completed.
2. Web & App Development
- Before project commencement: If a project is cancelled before any work begins, the advance payment may be refunded in full, minus any administrative or processing charges.
- After work has started: Once development or design work has commenced, refunds will be partial and proportional to the work not yet completed. A detailed work log will be provided upon request.
- After final delivery: No refunds are issued after the final deliverable has been approved and delivered. However, we offer a reasonable post-delivery revision window as defined in your project agreement.
3. Graphic Design & Branding
- Initial concepts not approved: If initial design concepts are rejected entirely and the project is cancelled at this stage, a partial refund may be considered for unused hours.
- After revisions accepted: Once a design direction has been approved and revisions commenced, no refund is applicable.
- Final files delivered: No refunds after final design files have been delivered in agreed formats.
4. Photography Services
- Cancellation before shoot: Cancellations made more than 48 hours before a scheduled shoot are eligible for a full refund. Cancellations within 48 hours may incur a booking fee.
- After shoot completion: Since photography involves time, equipment, and effort already expended, no refund is possible after the shoot has taken place.
- Edited photos delivered: Once final edited images have been delivered, no refund is applicable. Specific revision requests for editing may be considered within the agreed revision scope.
5. ID Card Printing
- Defective or incorrect prints: If cards are printed with a defect caused by our error (incorrect data, print quality issues), we will reprint the affected cards at no additional charge.
- Client-submitted errors: If an error in the printed cards is due to incorrect information provided by the client, reprinting will be charged at the standard per-card rate.
- Design approval: All designs require client sign-off before printing. Once printing is approved and completed, no refund is possible.
6. Digital Products, SaaS Subscriptions & Downloads
For any downloadable digital products, SaaS/app subscriptions, templates, source code files, or software assets purchased directly from RNG Globe:
- Digital Downloads: Due to the nature of digital downloads and intangible goods, all sales of digital products are final and non-refundable once the download link or source files have been generated, accessed, or sent.
- SaaS & App Subscriptions: All subscription plans (monthly, quarterly, or annual) for our apps and software-as-a-service (SaaS) products are billed in advance and are non-refundable. You can cancel your subscription at any time; however, no refunds or credits will be provided for partial billing cycles or unused portions of an active subscription period. Upon cancellation, your access will continue until the end of the current billing cycle.
- Technical support: If you experience any technical issues opening or using a downloaded file or accessing the SaaS platform, please contact us immediately, and we will provide a replacement or assistance.
7. How to Request a Refund
To initiate a refund request, please contact us within 7 calendar days of the triggering event with the following details:
- Your full name and contact information
- Project or order reference number
- Reason for the refund request
- Supporting documentation (if applicable)
Approved refunds will be processed within 10–15 business days via the original payment method.
