1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the RNG Globe website (rngglobe.in) or any of our services, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age and agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our website or services.

2. Services Provided

RNG Globe provides a range of digital, software, and creative services including, but not limited to:

• Custom website and web application development
• Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) and mobile application subscriptions
• Mobile application development (iOS & Android)
• Graphic design and corporate branding
• Digital marketing and SEO
• Professional photography services
• Corporate PVC ID card design and printing

Service scope, deliverables, timelines, and pricing are defined in individual project agreements or proposals provided to clients.

3. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including text, images, logos, code, graphics, and designs — is the intellectual property of RNG Globe or its respective creators and is protected by applicable copyright and intellectual property laws.

Upon full payment for a project, the client receives ownership of the final deliverables as agreed in the project contract. RNG Globe retains the right to display completed work in its portfolio unless explicitly agreed otherwise.

4. Client Responsibilities

As a client or user, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, complete, and timely information required for project delivery.
• Respect agreed timelines for feedback, content submission, and approvals.
• Not use our services for any unlawful, harmful, or deceptive purpose.
• Not attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of our systems or infrastructure.

5. Payment Terms

Payment terms for custom projects are outlined in each project proposal. Typically, projects require an advance payment (50%) before work begins, with the remaining balance due upon delivery or as specified in the agreement. RNG Globe reserves the right to pause or discontinue work on projects with outstanding payments.

For Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) and application subscription plans, payments are billed in advance on a recurring (monthly, quarterly, or annual) or prepaid basis as selected during purchase. Subscriptions will automatically renew at the end of the billing period unless cancelled. Outstanding payments or failed renewals will result in immediate suspension of access to the respective application.

6. Referral & Commission Program

RNG Globe offers a Referral Program to eligible registered users. By participating in this program, you agree to the following terms:

• Eligibility: Only registered and verified users are eligible to participate in the Referral Program and earn referral commissions.
• Referral Eligibility: Referral commission is earned only when the referred user completes a successful payment for an eligible product or subscription. Self-referrals, duplicate accounts, fake registrations, or any fraudulent activities intended to generate commissions are strictly prohibited and may result in account suspension, cancellation of referral rewards, and permanent disqualification from the program.
• Commission Structure: Eligible referrers will earn a percentage-based commission on the net bill amount of successful and fully paid purchases made by users who registered using their unique referral link or referral code. The applicable commission percentage is determined by the user's current referral level.
• Commission Calculation: Referral commission is calculated only on the net bill amount after deducting applicable taxes (including GST), discounts, refunds, and other adjustments.
• Exclusions: No commission will be credited for cancelled, refunded, reversed, disputed, chargeback, or fraudulent transactions. If commission has already been credited for such transactions, RNG Globe reserves the right to deduct or recover the corresponding amount from the user's referral wallet.
• Referral Wallet: Earned commissions are credited to the user's referral wallet upon successful payment by the referred customer and may be used to purchase eligible RNG Globe digital products or subscriptions.
• Withdrawals: A minimum available referral wallet balance of ₹500 is required before submitting a withdrawal request. RNG Globe may impose annual withdrawal limits, verification requirements, or additional compliance checks in accordance with company policy and applicable laws.
• Tax & Compliance: Users are solely responsible for complying with all applicable tax laws relating to referral earnings. Where required under applicable law, RNG Globe may deduct taxes or collect additional information, including PAN or other documents, before processing withdrawals.
• Abuse & Termination: RNG Globe reserves the right to audit accounts, withhold commissions, reject withdrawal requests, recover wrongly credited amounts, or terminate participation if suspicious, abusive, or fraudulent activity is detected.
• Right to Modify: RNG Globe reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Referral Program, including its commission percentages, eligibility criteria, payout rules, withdrawal policies, and other related terms at any time without prior notice. Such changes will generally apply prospectively unless otherwise required by law or in cases involving fraud or abuse.

7. Limitation of Liability

RNG Globe shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or website. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid by the client for the specific service in question.

We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability of our website and reserve the right to perform maintenance or updates at any time.

8. Governing Law

These Terms of Use are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bangalore, Karnataka, India.

9. Modifications

RNG Globe reserves the right to modify these Terms of Use at any time. Updates will be published on this page. It is your responsibility to review these terms periodically. Continued use of our website or services constitutes acceptance of any changes.
